Sertec LLC expects technicians to be able to troubleshoot, diagnose, install and repair various types of Commercial cooking equipment such as various ovens, various steamers, slicers, soup wells, grills, flat tops, dishwashers, fryers, and more.
- Maintain Truck Stock.
- Ability to use iPad for daily service reports.
- Communicate with dispatchers and customers.
- Completes service calls in a timely and accurate manner.
- Communicates parts information with the parts manager.
- Must be able to take part in an on-call schedule.
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
