About the Role:
We are seeking a highly capable Security Supervisor with proven experience in field supervision to join our team. This role is crucial in maintaining high standards of security personnel performance, ensuring compliance with contract terms, and supporting overall site operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections to verify that guards meet contract requirements, maintain appearance standards, and achieve necessary training levels.
- Administer and certify required orientations and post-specific training for all security personnel.
- Provide relief for guards when needed, ensuring proper documentation of shifts and post assignments.
- Oversee the training, uniform compliance, and overall performance of guards.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in field supervision (law enforcement, military, security, or guard services).
- Alternative supervisory experience may be considered upon submission of supporting evidence and approval by the Contracting Officer.
Training Requirements:
- Must complete 9 hours of supervisory training.
- Pass basic training and a government-administered test.
