Position Summary
The Superintendent directs field operations of a project and serves as a front-line employee to the client and contractors. The Superintendent works closely with the Project Manager(s) is responsible for quality control and quality assurance. Coordinates material deliveries, manages work to align with the scope and ensures work is occurring per the project schedule. They must ensure the project meets industry standards of quality and understand means & methods. The Superintendent must conduct themselves in a professional manner and lead others. Visits sites regularly, attends meetings, and generates daily field reports or other reports deemed necessary. The Superintendent shall run each project conducive to the Project Management Body of Knowledge standards.
Working Conditions
- Fast-track projects
- Shift hours may vary depending on the size and scope of the project but will typically consist of eight (8) to ten (10) hour shifts.
- Ability to stand/walk/move materials for approximately seventy-five percent (75%) of the time
- Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
