We are seeking a meticulous Quality Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards through various inspection and analysis processes.
Duties:
- Perform quality inspections on products to ensure compliance with specifications
- Analyze data and identify areas for improvement in the production process
- Conduct quality control tests using tools such as calipers and micrometers
- Collect and maintain accurate quality assurance records
- Fabricate and assemble test samples for quality testing
- Adhere to CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) guidelines
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in quality inspection and control
- Proficiency in using tools such as calipers, micrometers, etc.
- Strong data collection and analysis skills
- Knowledge of CGMP and HACCP standards
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work
