What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Administrative Assistant position at SFI?
The CSR admin assistant will be responsible for assisting the Customer Service Representatives and Supervisors with administrative tasks. This position will communicate internally with CSRs, warehouse staff, and warehouse supervisors. The position does not require communication with clients, but a good representative is encouraged to work towards client communications. Daily tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Creating BOL’s (Bill of Ladings)
- Creating Retail Labels
- Creating Fedex/UPS labels
- Routing Retail Freight to be collected using various platforms
- Creating SOP (standard operating procedure) documents
- Assisting the CSR staff with administrative work
- Communicating with warehouse regarding inbounds/outbounds/inventor
