Role : Travel LPN
Location : 100 River St, Springfield, VT 05156
Shift : 7:00am to 3:00pm/Weekend Warrior Shift 7a-11p Saturday and Sunday, every weekend.
8 Weeks Contract & 30 Hours Guaranteed
Job Description:
We are hiring Travel LPNs to provide high-quality patient care in Long-Term Care (LTC) & Rehab Centers. This role requires adaptability, compassion, and strong clinical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct nursing care per facility guidelines.
- Administer medications, treatments, and document patient status.
- Assist with ADLs and support residents’ daily needs.
- Work collaboratively with RNs, CNAs, and other healthcare staff.
Requirements:
- Active LPN License (State-specific or Compact)
- Minimum 1 year of LTC/Rehab experience
- BLS/CPR Certification
- Strong clinical and communication skills
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $40.00 per hour
