Job Summary:
Assist Academy Coach and building leadership with event planning and projects that advance the Academies of Shakopee, receptionist - face to face and telephone, data tracking, other office duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Two years clerical experience or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in a school setting preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Skilled in computer applications such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and various software packages.
Ability to multitask while maintaining a positive demeanor.
Ability to contact, support and communicate with businesses in various settings.
Passion for students and community development.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to provide a high level of customer service and establish and maintain effective relationships.
Ability to work independently under time constraints and set priorities with minimal supervision.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with people from diverse backgrounds and interests.
