JOB SUMMARY:
As the Marketing Manager at Shared Practices Group (SPG), you will play a pivotal role in executing multi-channel marketing strategies that drive practice growth, enhance brand awareness, and improve patient engagement. You will oversee practice-level campaigns, podcast production, media advertising, and content repurposing, while managing relationships with internal team members and external vendors. Working with the team, you will ensure the seamless execution of campaigns across digital and traditional platforms, delivering measurable results aligned with SPG's strategic goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to support SPG practices, enhance brand awareness, and improve patient engagement.
- Manage practice-level marketing campaigns, including social media, direct mail, and event promotion.
- Oversee podcast production, including editing, publishing, and content repurposing for blogs, social media, and other formats.
- Coordinate with external vendors to manage TV, YouTube, and direct mail advertising campaigns.
- Provide leadership and guidance to direct reports, including the Marketing Coordinator, Graphic Designer, and content specialists.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to provide actionable insights and optimize ROI.
- Collaborate with the Web Manager to align website updates with marketing initiatives.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of marketing projects, campaigns, and deliverables.
- Present regular performance reports to the Director of Marketing, highlighting results and opportunities for improvement.
Direct supervision of the following team members:
- Graphic Designer – Creates assets for practice campaigns, social media, and multimedia content.
- Podcast Production Specialist – Oversees podcast editing, publishing, and distribution.
- Content Repurposing Specialist – Focuses on converting podcast content into social posts, blogs, and reels.
Supervisory responsibilities include:
- Assigning tasks, setting deadlines, and monitoring progress.
- Providing performance feedback and coaching.
- Ensuring high-quality, on-brand deliverables from the team.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Knowledge:
- In-depth understanding of multi-channel marketing, including social media, content marketing, and traditional advertising platforms (TV, YouTube, direct mail)
- Knowledge of podcast production and content repurposing strategies.
- Familiarity with analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent project management abilities, including setting priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in marketing software, tools, and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools, etc.).
Abilities:
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
- Capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5 years of experience in marketing, with demonstrated success in managing multi-channel campaigns.
- Experience in healthcare or multi-location businesses, particularly in supporting localized marketing efforts.
- Familiarity with podcast production workflows and tools such as Adobe Audition or similar.
- Advanced knowledge of analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar) for tracking campaign performance and ROI.
- Experience with managing external vendors and contracts for media buying, creative services, and advertising.
- Experience in digital marketing platforms, such as Google Ads or Meta Blueprint.
- Strong design sensibility and experience working with graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva (or collaborating with designers).
- Proven track record of increasing brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation through creative strategies.
- Experience with leadership and mentoring, including managing cross-functional teams.
This is a full-time, exempt role and the hours of operation are Monday-Friday
