Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to join our team. The Staffing Coordinator will be responsible for managing the recruitment and onboarding process, as well as providing support in various HR functions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be proficient in point click care systems, and have experience in training development and employee relations.
Duties:
- Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers
-Assist other management as required.
- Develop and implement training programs for new hires and existing employees
- Assist in succession planning efforts by identifying high-potential employees and creating development plans
- Conduct HR sourcing activities to identify potential candidates for open positions
- Provide support in employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Manage contract negotiations with external vendors for staffing services
- Perform cold calling to potential candidates for job opportunities
-Coordinate staff meetings.
-Assist with education of the staff, attend meetings and webinars.
-Conduct safety meetings and attend other required meetings.
-Stay up to date on current state CNA regulations.
-Arrange transportation and appointments for residents.
