Sheehy Auto Stores is looking for a talented and highly experienced Finance Director to join the team at one of our high-volume stores as our business grows. The Finance Director will lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experience while building customer loyalty. The successful candidate must have a proven track record as a high performer, strong leadership and organizational skills, detailed knowledge of all finance products, and excellent training and coaching talents. Position for immediate hire. Relocation package not offered.

Responsibilities

• Drive the business through a high level of involvement in all sales transactions.
• Providing an exceptional customer experience to build relationships and drive loyalty.
• Establish, engage, and motivate the finance team to achieve performance expectations.
• Evaluates and possess a detailed understanding of all lender programs.
• Highly skilled in structuring finance transactions and placing transactions with the proper lender.
• Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with all lenders, including the manufacturer.
• Ensure timely funding of all contracts and control of contracts in transit; obtain a resolution of all returned contracts.
• Communicates effectively with sales managers and finance managers to ensure a smooth transaction process for all customers.
• Understand and comply with all federal, state, and local regulations while conducting business in an ethical and professional manner.
• Conduct frequent transaction audits to ensure compliance by the finance team.
• Manage and schedule finance team to ensure we can provide an excellent experience to all customers.
• Develop and provide continuous training for all finance managers to ensure high performance.
• Coach and support finance team to ensure all store goals and objectives are met.  
• Recruit and retain high performing finance managers.
• Coordinate finance forecasting with sales department forecasting to achieve desired levels of penetration and income.
• Work closely with GM and GSM to establish sales department goals and objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of Automotive Finance Management experience.
• Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with developing, mentoring, and training a successful team.
• Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, Motor Vehicle Record check, and drug test.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Position is for immediate hire.
