Automotive Marketing Director

Job Summary

The Malloy Automotive Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing to lead our marketing team and drive the strategic direction of our marketing initiatives. We have multiple locations and brands that you will be responsible for. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various marketing disciplines, including digital marketing, product management, and performance marketing. This role requires a creative thinker with exceptional leadership skills who can effectively manage campaigns across multiple channels to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Oversee all aspects of marketing campaigns, including social media marketing, SEO, print advertising, and e-commerce initiatives.
• Lead product management efforts to ensure successful product launches and ongoing market presence.
• Utilize analytics to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive messaging and branding across all platforms.
• Manage the marketing budget effectively while ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the company at the forefront of innovation.
• Mentor and develop the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.

Experience

• Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably as a Director or similar position.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, Adobe Creative Suite, and various analytics tools.
• Demonstrated success in performance marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
• Experience with social media marketing, print advertising, SEO best practices, and e-commerce platforms.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
• A results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
