Job Description
Join Shepler's as a member of our critical maintenance team! Shepler’s maintenance cast members are directly responsible for how our guests perceive the Shepler’s operation. Our guests’ first impression is your daily responsibility. Primary duties include, but are not limited to cleaning our guest restrooms, grass cutting, grounds keeping, sweeping & mopping, minor repair work, and of course the daily cleaning of our beautiful fleet of motor vessels.
Indoors/Outdoors
This position often works outdoors in all types of weather.
Part Time/Full Time/Seasonal
Full Time, Seasonal (May 1 – October 31)
Skills
Ideal candidates will be comfortable working in front of the public. Must be able to work independently and have amazing attention to detail, along with pride in the work that you do.
