- Provide information about the hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
- Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and assist guests with their requests.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements
