We are looking for an experienced and skilled Quality Control Manager to join its dynamic and growing team. The Quality Manager will support the organization by improving the customer satisfaction through quality process and product improvement. The primary goal for this position is to reduce customer complaints to targeted goals and to support production. The ideal candidate will possess key knowledge in data collection, analysis and reporting, testing, development of control plans, specification setting, corrective action, and internal auditing. Must have a “hands on and help out where needed” type attitude.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Entry Level Candidates considered
- Maintains quality standards and protocol for processing materials into WIP or into the finished mattress.
- Collaborates with manufacturing functions to ensure quality standards are in place
- Implements methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating products and production equipment and process
- Conducts quality assurance tests and performs statistical analysis to assess the cost of and determine the responsibility for, products or materials that do not meet required standards and specifications
- Analyzes any product nonconformities in order to determine causes, solve issues and verify concerns
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS*
- 2 to 5 years hands on experience working in a manufacturing work environment
- Excellent Written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.

- Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in quality position in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent organizational, communication and project management skills
