Under the direction of the CEO, assists in developing patient care programs, policies and procedures for the clinic. Manage the staff and operation of the clinic. Actively participate in QA / PI. Supervise and delegates to clinic staff.

Responsible to ensure revenue cycle completed fully and accurately for the clinic.

Responsible for management and supervision of all clinic staff.

Responsible for ongoing management and development of department policies and procedures.

Responsible for the oversight of the billing operations for the clinic.

Resolve issues involving the clinic operations.

Ensure the clinic is compliant with all state and federal regulations.

Oversee immunization program and other programs in the clinic as developed.

Responsible for the hospitalist program scheduling, staffing and liaison

Provide timely and accurate billing for the hospitalist program and providers at the clinic.

Responsible to ensure high quality customer service from the hospitalist program and clinic.

Requirements :

High School diploma or equivalent.

Prior Medical Management experience
