Samaritan Health Services, an Oregon based non-profit integrated healthcare delivery system, is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Advanced Practice Clinician to join our Primary Care team in Albany, Oregon.
Position Highlights
- Well-established team of clinicians.
- Cross coverage role with some telehealth options
- Flexible role with approximately 34 patient facing hours each week.
- Call requirements- Telephone Call only, with nurse triage.

- Board Certified
- Excellent clinical skills and communication skills.
- Strong commitment to providing excellent care that is team oriented.
