Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, coordinate, and oversee the work of assigned staff, including recommending selection, assigning, scheduling, and reviewing work performance.
- Provide direction, training, and professional development to ensure staff are equipped to deliver high-quality services.
- Perform professional mental health and substance use disorder services with clients in treatment, aligning with the clinical philosophy of the organization.
- Assess and monitor client progress and behavior while in treatment, participating in multidisciplinary treatment planning and aftercare planning.
- Collaborate with representatives of other agencies to respond to clinical emergencies and acute client needs.
Requirements:
- Maintain a license as a mental health professional regulated by a state board (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC).
- Possess a Master's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, or counseling.
- Familiarity with HIPAA/client confidentiality and personal rights.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Valid Driver's License.
