We are seeking a qualified Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Psychiatric Technician (LPT) to join our team. As an LVN or LPT at Sierra Health and Wellness, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting the recovery process.
Essential Duties
- Supervise detoxing clients and ensure all medical processes and operations are followed and documented.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.
- Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Current Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license or Psychiatric Technician (LPT) license.
