Essential Functions
- Plan, organize, and direct the work of assigned staff members.
- Perform professional mental health services with clients in treatment.
- Assess and monitor client progress and behavior while in treatment.
- Participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning and aftercare planning.
- Respond to clinical emergencies and acute client needs.
Qualifications
- Licensed Mental Health Professional (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) required.
- Master's degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in substance abuse counseling or a related field.
Working Conditions
This position requires frequent interaction with patients, staff, and external partners. The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information is essential.
