The Main Purpose of the Client Service Associate: This position is responsible for supporting our vision of a world class client experience while supporting a positive office environment and a growth focused team.
Key Outputs/Results:
Client Experience (40%)
- Manage our Touchpoint management system to include client scheduling confirms
- Be the face of the office by meeting, greeting, and seating all clients and visitors
- Update CRM records on client profiles and preferences
- Submit, maintain, and access vital records in CLIENT VAULT
- Track and report on special touches for clients
- Support new client acquisition by updating and sending our Team Introductory Package
- Order and deliver new client gifts
- Provide orientation to new and existing clients for Raymond James Client Access (online)
- Prep and send all birthday, special occasion, and Christmas gifts and cards to clients
- Other duties as assigned to provide the best possible client experience
Team Support (30%)
- Be a first responder to mail, telephone, fax, and e-mail correspondence
- Responsible for keeping office common areas tidy and welcoming
- Maintain, update, and present key team metrics on a monthly basis
- Support Wealth Advisors by preparing content for Signature Wealth Updates and Plans
- Support Wealth Advisors by reviewing and submitting CE credits and licensing requirements
- Monitor and maintain office equipment, inventory supplies and order replacement supplies
- Organize catering, coffee, or other refreshments as needed
- Perform other duties, as assigned, to build team unity and performance
Client Fulfillment (15%)
- Provide administrative capacity to allow the team to grow, over time
- Support our insurance process by submitting and tracking applications
- Become a subject matter expert for periodic client needs to include: Account opening and maintenance, Asset movement, Year-end tax information, and Insurance and annuity product support
- Provide prompt and professional resolutions to client inquiries
- Support new client onboarding
- Perform other duties as assigned
Branding and Marketing (15%)
- Work with the team to support our website and social media presence
- Be a backup for core marketing and communication processes such as Matt on the Markets
- Promote the work we do in the community
- Assist as needed with marketing initiatives such as client events and business development activities
Education and Experience:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional and tactful interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a variety of personalities.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
