Sihle’s Summer Internship Program will provide the opportunity to build industry knowledge and gain hands on experience across a variety of departments. Participants should expect to receive mentorship and education from a variety of expert professionals in the industry including department managers, account managers, and sales producers. Participants will be immersed in the daily processes of the various departments within Sihle Insurance such as Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, Condominium/HOA, PEO, Claims, Employee Benefits, Sales, and Bonds. Participants have the opportunity to meet with and learn from sales producers while also attending outings and meetings. Training and education will include insurance laws, familiarity with insurance carriers, lines of insurance, sales, and so much more. Sihle’s internship program will provide a comprehensive experience while participants engage in meaningful work.
Sihle summer internship is a paid, full-time (temporary) position. Spots are limited to ensure a personalized, hands-on, and meaningful experience.
Sihle's Summer Internship is located in Altamonte Springs, Florida.
Housing accommodations are not provided by the company at this time.

Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills.
Eagerness and willingness to learn. Enthusiasm for the insurance industry.
Proficiency with technology and computer programs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
