Buffet-Busperson

Primary responsibility of the Buffet Busser is to clean tables and get them ready for the next guests. This is a high volume setting where speed and cleanliness are of the utmost • Excellent internal/external guest service;

• Perform all side work as indicated by the start of shift checklist;
• Maintain cleanliness of side station and all work areas;
• Clear, wipe and reset tables according to table setting standards;
• Transport dirty items to dish room;
• Bring supplies from dish room; silverware, glasses, plates, coffee cups and saucers;
• Make regular periodic runs over the carpet with sweeper;
• Other reasonable duties as assigned.
