What are the responsibilities and job description for the Buffet - Steward position at Silver Slipper Casino Venture LLC?
Responsible for the upkeep of all dishes and trash.
Essential Job Functions:
- Excellent internal/external guest service;
- Scrape and clean dishes, silverware and glassware by hand or automatic dishwasher;
- Wash pots, pans and trays;
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors;
- Responsible for removal of all trash from kitchen areas;
- General all-purpose cleaning and sanitizing of dish room;
- Other reasonable duties as assigned.
Education
Preferred- High School or better
