What are the responsibilities and job description for the Buffet Busser position at Island View Casino Resort?
The Busser/Station Busser provides an exceptional dining experience by ensuring fast, friendly service of guests entering the restaurant, as well as, cleaning and resetting of tables and chairs in a timely manner.
Ability to clear tables of dirty dishes and sanitize tables in an efficient and timely manner to ensure guests are seated as soon as possible.
Keeps wait stations clean and organized. Empties trash cans and transports dirty dishes to the dish room.
