As a Lead Housekeeper, you willsignificantly impact resident well-being by ensuring that the environment is clean, safe, and inviting, which contributes to overall health and comfort. You will set high standards for hygiene and cleanliness, helping to prevent infections and promoting a sense of pride in the community. By fostering a positive team culture and training staff, you will enhance the efficiency of housekeeping operations, ultimately improving the quality of life for residents and their families.

Schedule is Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm with occasional weekend coverage. Enjoy having your evenings free!

What you will need:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Must be at least 18 to apply
• Must be able to read and write at a 9th grade level
• At least 2 years in a housekeeping position
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience
