ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Demonstrates competency in the performance of job-related skills appropriate to his/her customer populations and departmental services.
- Oversees the scheduling department to ensure patient needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Oversees Fax Labeling Dept.
- Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Has knowledge of insurance plans.
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
- Leads and monitor the work of others on daily activities.
- Utilizes and operates equipment and mechanical devices, which provide for a functional, effective, and safe environment.
- Adheres to policies, procedures, guidelines relative to departmental operations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Requires a high school diploma and 2 years’ experience in the field or in a related area.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and the public and be capable of establishing good working relationships with both internal and external customers.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This position may require duties including lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds, sitting for prolonged periods of time, with frequent standing and walking.
DRESS ATTIRE: Business Casual or scrubs dependent on department
