Experienced Phlebotomist needed - Full-time
Are you an experienced phlebotomist looking for a great full-time schedule? If this describes you, please apply! We want to find someone to provide the best patient care and we want a team member who can meet our client's needs.
Responsibilities include:
- Having a caring personality and the ability to put patients at ease.
- Perform venipuncture in a clinic and prepare all samples for transport to the laboratory.
- Fill out requisition forms electronically, pull lab results and prepare other documents required for laboratory.
- Independent / remote work. Must be comfortable to ask questions via the main laboratory by calling and interacting with sales and customer service based in headquarters.
Candidate must be skilled in:
- Venipuncture
- Butterfly
- Vacutainer
Requirements:
- Hepatitis B Vaccination
- Phlebotomy Certification or Medical Assistant Certification with Phlebotomy training
- A reliable car with insurance for occasional deliveries or pick-ups
- Good attitude
- Flexible with availability
- Basic computer skills a must
