What are the responsibilities and job description for the Graphic Designer position at Simply Organic Beauty?
A designer at Simply Organic Beauty must aspire to be more than a pixel-pusher. We are looking for a creative teammate to help enhance our visual branding, support our mission to bring clean beauty to every salon, and create beautiful content we're proud of.
The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography. This candidate will have experience in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital marketing, advertising and print.
Department : Marketing, reporting to the VP of Marketing.
Hours : Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm (Hybrid work schedule)
Responsibilities :
- Create compelling and effective visual identity, digital, print and packaging designs.
- Explore creative solutions and concepts that are visually inspiring and conceptually sound based on project briefs provided by marketing.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets.
- Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends.
- Frequently share your ideas and opinions internally to constantly evolve and enhance our brand and company vision.
