What you will do:
As our Electrical Design Engineer, you will help the Operations Team with designing the engineered control panels that help control and monitor one of the world’s most valuable and limited resources – Water! This position will work out of our Vacaville, CA location or may work remote with applicable experience.
The job:
Every day, your primary role will be planning, designing, and configuring industrial control panels and related systems. You will select electrical control and instrumentation components and develop electrical schematics for control panel wiring. You will work in close cooperation with the operations and sales teams as well as external customers and prepare submittal packages for customer review.
The skills you need:
To succeed in this role, you must have experience with designing control panels and motor controls. You must have experience creating schematics using AutoCAD Electrical and familiarity with UL508/698A standards and their application. You must be familiar and have experience with selecting process control instrumentation components. You must have a 4-year degree in Electrical Engineering and 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
