Customer Service Excellence: Provide top-tier customer service by assisting clients with inquiries, appointments, and service requests.
Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently manage and schedule appointments for service and sales departments, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
Client Follow-Up: Conduct proactive follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs or concerns.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, appointments, and service requests for future reference and reporting.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with sales, service, and administrative teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Requirements
Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or sales support role is preferred.
