Position Title: Pega Certified Lead System Architect (LSA)

Location: Remote (100%)

Duration: Long Term

Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Pega Certified Lead System Architect (LSA) to join our team for a key project. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting and designing applications using Pega PRPC and other Pega frameworks. You will provide expert architecture and design guidance, ensuring successful implementation of Business Process Management (BPM) and Business Rules Engine (BRE) solutions. This position requires a combination of technical expertise in the Pega platform, leadership skills, and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Lead System Architect, providing architecture and design leadership for applications built on Pega PRPC and related Pega frameworks.
• Guide project teams in developing Pega-based BPM/BRE solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and alignment with business requirements.
• Provide thought leadership and strategic advice to clients on both business and technical project dimensions, addressing complex business challenges with innovative Pega solutions.
• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of PRPC architecture and stay updated on the latest features and functionalities of the Pega platform.
• Collaborate with Program Managers to size projects, manage scope, and mitigate risks, ensuring realistic expectations and successful project delivery.
• Partner with Lead Business Architects (LBA) or client management teams to ensure business and technical architecture aligns with customer requirements and contributes to customer success.
• Act as the primary technical contact for the client, ensuring the solution architecture meets both functional and technical requirements.
• Lead the design and implementation of large-scale, enterprise-grade BPM solutions, offering mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification is required.
• 6 years of experience working with the Pegasystems Platform, with a focus on architecture and design.
• 8 years of experience designing, building, and implementing BPM solutions across various technology platforms.
• Experience working in a team project structure, assuming various roles within cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in Java/J2EE development and hands-on experience with client-side technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Proven experience as a lead architect on large-scale enterprise projects.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Must be able to obtain IRS clearance.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and leading teams in an Agile environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects, ensuring successful delivery on tight timelines.
