Position Title : Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA)

Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) to lead technical implementation and oversight of solutions on Pega-based platforms for our internal project with the IRS. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the solution architecture, guiding technical teams, and ensuring adherence to Pega's best practices while contributing to all stages of the project lifecycle. This position requires strong technical expertise in the Pega platform, along with leadership and collaboration skills to work with stakeholders, manage issues, and optimize project execution.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide technical leadership and oversight for Pega-based solution architecture and design throughout the project lifecycle, from inception to deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and implement complex Business Process Management (BPM) solutions.
- Lead technical teams in the construction, customization, and integration of Pega components according to business requirements and Pega best practices.
- Engage in systems validation and defect resolution to ensure high-quality solutions.
- Collaborate with project leaders and client stakeholders to guide project direction, manage high-level issues, and ensure successful delivery.
- Develop detailed project plans, including resource and budget management, to support smooth project execution.
- Stay current with evolving Pega technology trends and provide guidance on best practices, governance, and implementation methodologies.
