Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Pega Senior Systems Architect (SSA) to join our team and support enterprise-level solutions using Pega PRPC and related technologies. The ideal candidate must be Pega CSSA certified and hold an IRS MBI clearance. The SSA will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Pega-based applications, ensuring high performance and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement Pega-based solutions in alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
- Lead Pega application development projects, ensuring quality and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions.
- Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and optimize application performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Pega applications and integrations.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on Pega best practices.
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements, including IRS guidelines.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for applications and solutions.
- Participate in Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Pega CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) certification (Mandatory).
- Active IRS MBI (Minimum Background Investigation) clearance (Mandatory).
- 5 years of experience in Pega PRPC development and architecture.
- Experience with Pega 8.x and knowledge of the latest Pega features and capabilities.
- Strong knowledge of Pega integration technologies (REST, SOAP, JMS, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with Pega Case Management, Decision Rules, and BPM solutions.
- Familiarity with Java, SQL, and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Understanding of cloud-based Pega implementations (AWS, Azure, or other platforms).
- Experience working in Agile environments with CI/CD pipeline knowledge.
