Job Description:

As a Sales and Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for generating your own leads and building lasting relationships with clients. Your role will encompass developing and implementing effective strategies to promote our custom home building and remodeling services. You will work closely with prospective clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to generate leads for custom homes and home remodeling projects, including kitchens, bathrooms, and basements.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target audiences.
• Build and maintain a database of prospective customers through networking, online research, community engagement, and events.
• Qualify leads and schedule consultations with prospective clients.
• Present and promote the Company's services effectively through tailored presentations and proposals.
• Collaborate with the Company's design and construction teams to ensure client needs and expectations are clearly communicated and met.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the Company's revenue.
• Track and report on sales activities, client interactions, and lead conversion rates.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the Company's services, pricing, and market position.
• Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term client relationships and secure referrals.
• Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
• Build and maintain relationships with realtors and other industry professionals to drive referral business.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the home building or remodeling industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively generate leads.
• Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in CRM software and marketing tools is a plus.
• Experience with social media marketing platforms and strategies.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
