$25.00 - $27.50 - HourlyDepending on experience
Job Description:
Essential Functions include, but are not limited to the following:*
Researches and presents state course requirements and other educational provisions to education Leadership and Charter School Development teams.
Stay current with curricular trends and standards changes related to national and state standards.
Analyze student performance data to identify areas for curriculum improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
Researches college entrance and course placement requirements and reports findings to education Leadership.
Communicates with the education Leadership and Curriculum Specialist state specific curriculum needs.
Researches and communicates state accountability and legislative measures related to state reporting and graduation requirements.
Maintain a database of curriculum resources, including lesson plans, study guides, and other supplementary materials.
Coordinates with the Curriculum Specialist team in creating course outlines for the purposes of course development.
Provides on-going support to Skyrocket Instructional Coaches and the writers they work with.
Attend all necessary department meetings.
Attend all necessary conferences.
Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Proficient knowledge in all aspects of Google Suite
Knowledge of, and some experience with, Adobe Design products.
Communicate effectively with business contacts and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision.
Ability to exercise reasonable judgment and maintain confidentiality.
Working knowledge of various educational technologies.
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
Education and Experience:
BA or BS College degree.
Related experience preferred.
