Property Manager
Skyward Developers is a luxury apartment community located in Beaumont, TX. We are seeking a Property Manager to join our team!
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the property
- Oversee leasing of apartments
- Interviewing prospective residents and obtaining information about them to help help aid in hiring additional employees as needed
- Maintaining the property according to company standards and guidelines
- Ensuring that all leases are signed and completed within the time frame allotted for the property within the state in which the property is located.
- Ensuring that all residents are informed about their lease and what they need to know about their lease at the time of signing.
- Responding to resident complaints in a timely manner and assisting residents with any issues that arise from their property to ensure the best customer experience.
- Performing maintenance inspections on the property as needed and assisting residents with any issues that arise from their property to ensure the best customer experience.
- Performing routine repairs on the property as needed and assisting residents with any issues that arise from their property to ensure the best customer experience.
- Performing administrative tasks as needed, such as updating resident records, maintaining office supplies, etc.
- Overseeing all receivable and payable accounts.
- Implementing and monitoring tenant payment arrangements.
- Remediating employee disputes.
- Ensuring delinquency percentage is constantly decreasing.
Experience:
The following is a list of required experience requirements for this position: 1 year of Property Management experience preferred. We will consider candidates with all levels of experience, including those who have never worked as a full-time property manager.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
