Job Title: Office Manager/Client Manager

Location: Onsite in Wall, NJ

Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 base salary

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Office Manager/Client Manager to join our team in Wall, NJ. This role is pivotal in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, managing a team of 3 to 4 direct reports, and maintaining a high standard of client retention and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a customer service-oriented mindset and the ability to multitask across various functions, including sales oversight, client retention, scheduling support, and production review of in-field staff. This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure smooth office operations and team guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of 3 to 4 direct reports, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to enhance team performance.

  • Sales Oversight: Monitor and oversee sales activities, ensuring targets are met and supporting the team in achieving their goals.

  • Client Retention: Develop and implement strategies to retain existing clients, addressing their needs, and enhancing their overall experience.

  • Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, fostering a positive and professional environment.

  • Scheduling Support: Assist with scheduling duties as needed, ensuring smooth coordination of team and client appointments.

  • Production Review: Regularly review the performance of in-field staff, providing feedback and support to maintain high standards of service delivery.

  • Office Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring that processes run efficiently and staff are well-supported.

  • Staff Guidance and Support: Provide ongoing guidance and support to office staff, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in office management, client management, or a similar role.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.

  • Excellent customer service skills and a proactive mindset in client interactions.

  • Ability to handle scheduling tasks and oversee production activities.

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software.
