Responsibilities :

Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.

Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify maintenance needs and ensure safety compliance.

Prioritize and delegate maintenance tasks effectively to meet deadlines and maintain property standards.

Oversee maintenance projects, including repairs, renovations, and preventive maintenance initiatives.

Manage inventory and procurement of supplies, equipment, and materials.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, providing efficient solutions and excellent customer service to residents.

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to maintenance activities, expenses, and vendor contracts.

Will have to oversee more than one property.

Qualifications :

Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance, with 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

Strong technical skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance repairs.

Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with residents, vendors, and colleagues.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
