Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, professional, and highly motivated individual who can join our team as an Accounts Payable Specialist reporting to our Accounting Manager, in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate must be pleasant, hardworking, highly organized and detail oriented. Qualities important to this role are reliability, responsibility and a conscientious work ethic. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
Requirements:
- Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience - 3 to 5 years
- Quickbooks experience - 3 to 5 years - with Accounts Payable
- Accuracy in entering accounting transactions
- Bank reconciliations
- Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel and Word
- Administrative duties as needed
- Order and maintain inventory of office supplies
Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
