The Enterprise Account Manager will be an exceptional communicator and relationship builder while also having strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in tools of the trade such as Excel. We need a determined solution-finder who is able to find win-win’s and is not deterred in the face of challenges.
The compensation for this position is $90,000-$130,000 annually.
What You'll Do
- Maintain high-touch relationships with 20-40 key insurance carrier accounts
- Be fluent in all account KPIs and other relevant business and relationship details
- Maximize each account through thorough preparation and focus on performance and opportunities
- Create win-win scenarios that meet account goals and Company objectives
- Turn difficult conversations into account wins
- Manage a regular status call cadence with each account
- Has, or will commit to gaining, a strong understanding of the insurance business
- Use and train accounts on the technology platforms underpinning our customer acquisition products
- Keep a pulse on the insurance customer acquisition competitive landscape
What We're Looking For
- Undergraduate degree
- Background managing accounts in a performance marketing environment
- At least 2 year’s experience in account management
- Excellent communication skills
- Consistent and detail-oriented
- Strong analytical skills

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package. The base salary range for this position is USD $100,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
