We are seeking a results-driven IT Staffing Business Developer to expand our client base and drive business growth in the Miami market. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing staffing solutions for companies in need of IT talent. The ideal candidate has experience in IT staffing, recruitment, or sales and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT staffing industry.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at potential client companies.
• Understand clients' IT staffing needs and present customized talent solutions.
• Collaborate with recruiters to ensure client requirements are met with top IT professionals.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
• Track sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to refine business strategies.
• Attend networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings to strengthen market presence.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
• 2 years of experience in IT staffing, sales, or business development.
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and meet sales targets.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).

• Experience working with staffing agencies or IT consulting firms.
• Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and CRM software.
