Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT staffing industry.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at potential client companies.
- Understand clients' IT staffing needs and present customized talent solutions.
- Collaborate with recruiters to ensure client requirements are met with top IT professionals.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
- Track sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to refine business strategies.
- Attend networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings to strengthen market presence.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
- 2 years of experience in IT staffing, sales, or business development.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and meet sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
- Experience working with staffing agencies or IT consulting firms.
