Summary/Objective
This position manages the company responses to request for proposals (RFPs), including design and layout of proposal decks, coordination with other departments involved in the RFP process, and other administrative responsibilities related to company proposals. Candidates for this position must be comfortable with very strict, client-set deadlines. As a member of the SNA Displays’ marketing/communications team, this position will also assist with other department responsibilities including support of the sales team and opportunities, some graphic design, communications-related duties, and event support.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Coordinate tasks and priorities throughout request for proposal (RFP) process.
- Assist with PR process including writing and editing copy.
- Assist with industry relationships including clients, partners, and member organizations.
- Report regularly to the Vice President of Marketing & Communications.
- Assist with other marketing/communications duties.

Work Environment
This job operates primarily in an office environment, but some travel is required.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Travel
This position may require up to 5% travel to tradeshows, project sites, etc., including international travel.
Preferred Education and Experience
- B.A. or B.S. degree
- Three years relevant experience
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite
