In this role, you will communicate directly with our customer base via Email and Live Chat to provide quality customer service, and ensure that every subscriber enjoys their snacking adventure to the fullest.We’re seeking individuals who are customer-first oriented and genuinely enjoy helping others. To be eligible for consideration, you must live in the Pensacola area, and be able to attend a two week in-person training period at our office prior to working fully remote.
Responsibilities
- Capable of handling large quantities of incoming emails and live chats
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide complete, accurate, and valid information by using the appropriate resources/tools.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions/alternatives within the time limits, follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Be willing to go the extra mile to engage customers to maintain our top-notch level of service
Skills
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong typing skills (minimum of 65 WPM)
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a remote work environment
- Minimum Education: High School Diploma/GED
- Work Location: Fully Remote* (after two weeks of in-person training at our office in Pensacola, FL - Required)

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
