What You’ll Do as a Concrete Polishing Technician:
- Grind and polish concrete surfaces to perfection using industry-leading equipment.
- Operate floor grinders, hand tools, vacuums, and other machinery to achieve desired results.
- Apply decorative finishes, coatings, epoxies, and stains with precision and care.
- Maintain equipment, tools, and inventory while ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
- Travel extensively to project sites, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
- Work hands-on to meet project timelines and exceed client expectations.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- A hardworking team player with a great attitude and an eagerness to grow.
- A working knowledge of concrete and stonework.
- Ability to learn new techniques and maintain a sharp eye for detail.
- Reliable and flexible, willing to work evening and night shifts.
- Physical stamina to handle hands-on work, including lifting, bending, and kneeling.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
Desired Skills (Not Required):
- Leadership or supervisory experience.
- Prior experience in janitorial services or commercial flooring.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
