LEAD CLIENT DESIGN SERVICES COORDINATOR

Overview

Sonny’s The CarWash Factory, located in Tamarac, Florida, is looking for a Creative Design Services, Team Lead to provide guidance, instruction, training, and leadership skills to inspire the team to perform at their optimum while coordinating design with Clients, consulting on design needs and changes, schedule deliverables and manage all necessary paperwork. The Creative Design Services, Team Lead duties include Creative Design Services Coordinator duties as well. Candidate must be passionate about customer service and dedicated to client satisfaction and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop team members to maximize their potential, gain product knowledge and improve communication skills• Motivate team members to perform at their best and create a supportive team environment• Provide team members with guidance, instruction, and training• Oversee day-to-day coordinator deliverables inspecting for accuracy and punctuality • Document and modify procedures with supervisor to ensure a smooth operation• Continue to maintain day-to-day responsibilities of coordinator as discussed with supervisor• Send out and collect all required documentation from Clients and Distributors• Gather required information from Clients/Distributors to create tasks in project management software• Help facilitate meetings, project kick-offs and communication with creative team, marketing team, sales, distributors, and other stakeholders to develop scope, timelines, and expectations of projects• Send proofs/mocks to Clients/Distributors for approval. Serve as first step of the internal review process, ensuring quality and accuracy of work.• Discuss required changes and thoroughly document necessary changes for designers• Coordinate design projects with Clients, Distributors, and internal team members• Manage the project schedule. Continually monitor project(s) progress and project schedule to ensure projects and designs are on time; project goals are delivered in a timely manner; troubleshoot issues; and escalate matters of concern as necessary• Communicate schedule changes to Clients, Distributors, and internal team members• Establish a strong relationship with Clients and Distributors• Other duties as required with change in business

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required• Basic math and reading skills required• Must be able to read and understand written and verbal instructions• Worked in an office environment• Project coordination
