COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER/ESTIMATOR

TYPICAL DAILY TASKS:
- Prepare project estimates from blueprints
- Create contracts and purchase orders
- Send out invitations to bid to subcontractors
- Create project construction schedules, schedule subcontractors for projects
- Obtain material price quotes/purchase as needed
- Process job start up and close out documents
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 years’ experience in a fast-paced high-volume work environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and remain organized
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Willingness and aptitude to learn new tasks related to construction
- Bachelor’s degree
