Job Overview
As a Software Support Analyst, you will provide expert-level support for software and applications at Source Logistics, ensuring seamless operations for internal teams. Responsibilities scale according to the position level, from foundational support to advanced ownership of enterprise software systems and processes.
Responsibilities
- Resolve system access and setup issues promptly.
- Configure and maintain Microsoft 365 accounts and operational systems.
- Track, audit, and acquire software licenses.
- Troubleshoot and support enterprise applications (e.g., QuickBooks, Concur, OMS, WMS, CRM, ERP).
- Document software requirements and technical procedures.
- Respond to software requests within SLA timelines.
- Manage ticket queues and assign appropriately.
- Maintain and update software disaster recovery processes.
- Test software changes before release to production.
- Own and configure JIRA for enterprise needs.
- Develop and deliver training sessions for enterprise software.
- Create and maintain software change control processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance system usability.
- Perform software performance evaluations to identify and resolve inefficiencies.
- Monitor software trends and recommend updates to improve system functionality
- Interact with executives and clients to provide high-level software support and deliver solutions tailored to business needs.
- Level I: 1 years of software support experience; foundational Microsoft Office knowledge
- Level II: 3 years of experience; advanced troubleshooting skills and software configuration expertise.
- Level III: 5 years of experience; subject matter expert in logistics systems and software development lifecycles.
- All Levels: Understanding of end-to-end Software Development Lifecycle, strong problem-solving skills, understanding of security policies, experience with logistics processes, operate with a sense of ownership and urgency to solve problems for operations and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with executives and clients to resolve complex issues and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Experience in logistics, 3PL, and warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in JIRA and other enterprise applications.
- Bilingual proficiency (Spanish preferred but not required).
- Level I: $55,000–$65,000 annually
- Level II: $70,000–$75,000 annually
- Level III: $80,000–$85,000 annually
