IT Support Analyst I Key Responsibilities
• Answering, documenting, and triaging all new work requests received through our phone queue, email, or in person.
• Reviewing, organizing, and prioritizing all pending work in ServiceNow.
• Identifying and analyzing trends in issues to collaborate with the team on root causes and permanent solutions.
• Providing remote support to users and guiding them via verbal instructions and remote desktop applications.
• Coordinating with other IT teams and external vendors to resolve complex issues.
• Supporting users through the troubleshooting of Office365 applications and other software.
• Maintaining accurate records for all services performed in current CSM solutions.
• Facilitating user account management, including creation, administration, and termination of accounts.
• Assisting with the development of knowledge documentation for common issues and processes.

Requirements
All you need to be an IT Support Analyst I is 2 years of concentrated work in computer technology, experience with incident management, and a high school diploma. A degree or certifications in a computer science-related field is preferred!

Mon - Thurs | 07:00 - 07:30am shift start | 05:00pm shift end
Friday Only | 08:00am shift start | 12:00pm shift end
Other Shift Details:
Minimum 30-minute unpaid lunch mid-day Mon - Thurs
Optional 2 x 15-minute paid breaks
Flexible schedule overtime as permitted by management
1st two weeks physically in the office each day for training/shadowing
Hybrid remote schedule thereafter; Mon - Wed in office, Thurs - Friday remote
40 hours per week overtime
