South Cove Community Health Center is looking for a candidate who can speak Mandarin OR Cantonese. South Cove is the premier Asian primary health care provider in the Greater Boston area. We have been providing value-based health care to the Boston Chinatown’s community for over 50 years and have expanded our delivery of care into the cities of Quincy and Malden. We now offer many services including medical, dental, optometry, obstetrics and gynecology, behavioral health, imaging, and many other services.
Available Shifts:
Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week
Location: Boston and Quincy ( require to travel)

Essential Functions and Job Duties:
- Coordinating and executing daily operations within the dental practice
- Managing internal office procedures
- Leading dental office staff to promote exceptional patient care
- Creating and monitoring the staff schedule
- Communicating with dental insurance companies
- Obtaining insurance authorizations
- Processing referrals
- Reviewing the treatment plan with patients
- Ordering and acquiring dental and office supplies
- Monitoring service of equipment
- Supervising and training new employees
- Navigating operational conflicts quickly and professionally
- Overseeing patient billing and payment methods
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Consistently demonstrates SCCHC’s mission and values statement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Bilingual in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) and/or Vietnamese and English
- Previous experience in dental or healthcare administration preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Bilingual in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) and/or Vietnamese and English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
