ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF NURSING
SOUTH JERSEY BEHAVIORAL HEALTH RESOURCES, INC. (SJBHR), a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization which may qualify for public service loan forgiveness, is a community-based mental health organization dedicated to providing quality behavioral health services since 1984.

Under the direction of the Director of Nursing or other executive, the Nurse Manager assists in the planning, directing and coordinating nursing care throughout SJBHR based on the needs of consumers enrolled in clinical programs.
In addition, the Nurse Manager will assume an active role in improving his/her department outcomes and overall organizational performance through participation in agency quality improvement activities.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Nursing preferred. A minimum of three years registered nurse experience in a psychiatric setting, one year of which shall have been in a supervisory capacity. Valid NJ license as a Registered Nurse (RN) is required.
